We have regular openings for postdoctoral fellows, research technicians, graduate and undergraduate students for  projects focusing on DNA repair and genome integrity.

The successful candidate will perform active research at Takata Lab (Molecular Cancer Research Section): DNA double strand break repair, DNA interstrand crosslink repair, unique mutational signatures in cancer cells, DNA polymerase theta (POLQ), and DNA helicase HELQ. We offer significant resources to conduct research, state of the art facilities, core and technical support and an intellectually stimulating environment.

All seminars and meetings at IBS CGI and all classes at UNIST are conducted in English and our campus has many international researchers. Ulsan is a thriving city located between the ocean and mountains and is conveniently located to travel around the world.
